    TheHomeMag, publisher of 110 Million magazines in over 60 US locations, is searching for an experienced Advertising Media Sales Executive in the Central New Jersey area to pursue business development with new and current advertising clients.

    Full-time, with a guaranteed base of $50K annually. On average an Account Executive in TheHomeMag earns over $100K annually. Gas and phone allowance with uncapped earning potential, and a collaborative culture are just some of the great benefits this role and TheHomeMag has to offer.

    JOB SUMMARY

    You are a spirited, self-driven team-player who will initiate print advertising sales. By creating successful business relationships with clients, you not only ensure growth for the company, but you guarantee growth for your income. You are vital to TheHomeMag’s success when you add new clients, retain current clients and to win-back former ones, when you meet our quick deadlines and keep a full-pipeline of prospects, when you manage your sales activity and communicate properly with clients, prospects, and your team.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Identify, meet with, and secure new business opportunities for all of our print products, properly and aggressively pursuing each and closing new sales.
    • Provide strategic advice and advertising guidance to our core of business prospects and clients, most of which are home improvement, get the best ROI on their advertising dollars by working with and for them in a consultative role.
    • Gain extensive knowledge of our capabilities, our products, our advantages, and our booming industry of home improvement and home services.
    • Stay informed on all home improvement and lifestyle advertising and media in your local market.
    • Be a great teammate, handle the minimal administrative nuances of sales (CRM, light reporting), and become a remarkable brand ambassador.
