You will be going on appointments in and around the Nashville area and dealing directly with home owners who need to sell their property. You will be negotiating and closing on houses we purchase. You will also be finding and helping investors achieve their financial goals by selling them our portfolio of properties we acquire. Investors are very excited to speak to our reps! This position will involve speaking on the phone and meeting with investors at properties. We will provide all of the training, properties to sell, and a pre-vetted list of investors to call once we acquire a property. You will be networking and searching for new investors who want to flip houses and invest in rental properties. You won't be required to work out of an office. This is a flexible work from home position that has the ability to produce a large income for you. The better salesman you are, the higher your paycheck will be each month.
