    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
    • Hands-on experience in programming Allen Bradley PLCs (experience with Siemens is a plus).
    • Demonstrate expertise in Rockwell MicroLogix and CompactLogix controllers, along with proficiency in RS Logix 500, Logix 5000, and Studio 5000 software.
    • Familiarity with one of the following software packages: LabVIEW, Wonderware, or Step 7, and a good understanding of communication
    • Develop programs for various environments, with a focus on Allen Bradley PLCs and HMIs.
    • Generate and execute verification and validation processes for equipment.
    • Provide support during equipment start-up and commissioning.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot production and customer-related issues.
    • Contribute to the design of electrical control panels.
    • Experience with VFDs, motors, starters, relays, transducers,
    • Knowledge of AutoCAD electrical is advantageous.
    • Familiarity with machine safety standards, electrical codes (NEC), and hydraulics is beneficial.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Safely and effectively lift, carry, and move objects of varying weights.
    • Bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, climbing, balancing, standing, and walking, for extended periods and maintain the necessary physical dexterity and coordination.
    • Work in various environmental conditions, which may include exposure to varying temperatures, weather, and noise levels.
