    Store Manager 

    We are seeking a Store Manager to join our growing team. If you're a hard-working sales professional, who enjoys both strategic and tactical workflow with a passion high-end antique, then this opportunity is for you.

    Responsibilities:

    • Seeking experience as a store manager and/or a sales associate ready to take on a hands-on leadership role.
    • Manage high-end, fragile retail / wholesale inventory as well as warehouse
    • Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met
    • Manage and develop staff as needed
    • Perform reporting to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements
    • Partner and communicate with wholesalers, manufacturers, suppliers, and customers
    • Develop new strategies to streamline & automate processes and reduce cost
    • Maintain a clean and organized showroom to promote sales
    • Be able to effectively resolve problems as they arise
    • Greet customers, generate sales, provide product information and develop price quotes
    • Write up sales orders and process payments via, cash, credit card or check
    • Address customer inquiries related to store products
    • Organize the daily shipment list and timely preparation of product for the arrival of shippers for pickup. This includes inspection of the pieces
    • Review of received inventory
    • Maintain lists of received inventory and document any deficiencies

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in on-line, wholesale or retail sales is preferred
    • Experience working in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations
    • Direct experience with high-end retail / wholesale products a plus
    • Ability to be both strategic and tactical, being a hand-on leader able to fill staffing gaps as needed.
    • Firm grasp of supply chain, inventory, distribution, business, and management principles
    • Strong team player, availability to take ownership
    • Ability to manage, coach, and provide training for direct reports
    • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
    • Working knowledge of logistics and inventory software.
    • Technical: MS Outlook, MS word, Inventory Software/ Tracking software
