    We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineer to design and program complex electrical systems.

    Responsibilities:

    • Designs systems of electrical and automated controls for machines and processes
    • Circuit board design, PCB layout tools, and schematic generation
    • Programs PLC, HMI and SCADA based project requirements
    • Selects hardware and formulates engineering design based on project requirements
    • Reviews system design for compliance with engineering best practices, appropriate regulations and codes, company standards, customer contract requirements and related specifications
    • Formulates and performs factory acceptance test plans for completed systems
    • Performs site acceptance tests at client job sites
    • Provides PLC and HMI programming field support
    • Assists engineering manager with, programming and FAT scheduling, resolving engineering design and testing problems, performing design review of other engineers.
    • Provides project management assistance for control systems
    • AutoCAD, ERP system (sage – business system)
    • Microsoft Office products to perform engineering and project management tasks

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineer; experienced in design, development, programming, and field commissioning.
    • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents including P&IDs, sequence of operations, technical specifications, etc.
    • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
    • Effectively present information to top management, customers, and employees
    • Apply mathematical operations to such tasks as determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, and factor analysis.
    • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
    • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
    • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and color vision.
