In this role, you will be instrumental in sparking inspiration in the upcoming generation of performers. Your duties will involve developing captivating theatre programs, assisting students in honing their craft, and fostering a love for the arts. Responsibilities: • Create customized lesson plans tailored to the age group and skill level of students enrolled in theatre classes • Implement and oversee classroom activities to ensure a secure and interactive learning environment for all students • Teach acting techniques, improvisation skills, and stage presence to students in an engaging manner • Manage and lead rehearsals for theatre productions and performances under your guidance • Offer valuable feedback to students to assist them in enhancing their acting abilities Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in theatre instruction or related field • Strong background in lesson planning and classroom management • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to work with youth and create engaging activities • US work authorization Compensation: $25 - $34 hourly
