Responsibilities: • Develop lesson plans for theatre classes based on the age and skill level of students • Organize and manage classroom activities to ensure a safe and engaging learning environment • Instruct students on acting techniques, improvisation, and stage presence • Coordinate and direct rehearsals for theatre productions and performances • Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their acting skills Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in theatre instruction or related field • Strong background in lesson planning and classroom management • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to work with youth and create engaging activities • US work authorization Compensation: $25 - $34 hourly
