Responsibilities: • Develop and implement creative lesson plans for theatre and puppetry workshops. • Coordinate and lead engaging classroom activities focusing on performance arts. • Design and create puppet characters and props for theatrical productions. • Manage classroom dynamics and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment. • Collaborate with other instructors to organize and execute performances showcasing students' talents. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in theatre or puppetry performance. • Strong background in lesson planning for theatrical or puppetry productions. • Excellent classroom management skills. • Proficiency in creating engaging and interactive puppet shows or theatrical performances. • US work authorization and eligibility to work in Maryland. Compensation: $25 - $28 per hour
