Job Description

If you live and breathe email and content marketing, we want to speak with you. Our nationally known consumer healthcare brand is seeking a Marketing Manager to plan, implement, track, and optimize marketing campaigns, landing pages, emails, and other marketing collateral.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of substantial content marketing experience, preferably in consumer-facing retail or e-Commerce, or in an ad agency role. A firm grasp of current marketing strategies and planning will be needed to work with our in-house team and external agency to lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Collaborate with a cross-functional team to plan and execute marketing calendars including email, campaigns, and new product launches

· Work with creative team to create graphic elements for campaigns, new product launches, emails, and landing pages. Campaigns will target both B2C and B2B audiences.

· Develop content and manage review process for emails, digital campaigns, landing pages, and other marketing

· Monitor, track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs for email, print, and digital campaigns

· Optimize content and usability of emails and landing pages for responsiveness

REQUIREMENTS

· BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent/proven work experience

· 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in retail or e-Commerce

· 2-3 years of email marketing automation, experience with Marketo or Pardot is a plus

· Experience in planning, writing, creating and maintaining nurture emails, landing pages, and campaign emails

· Firm grasp of cutting-edge marketing strategies and best practices

· Strong copywriting skills, with meticulous attention to grammar and spelling

· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

· Strong presentation and communication skills
