    Job Title: Therapeutic Supervised Visitation Monitor

    Population We Serve

    Children 3-17 years old with a behavioral health diagnosis or symptoms.

    Parents of the children with a behavioral health diagnosis or symptoms.

    Work Environment

    Work is conducted primarily in office for SV visits. You may do supervised visits at the park, DHS, or client home based on court approval.

    Documentation can be completed at your home remotely.

    Flexible Schedule

    Required to be available Mon-Sat 9am-7:30pm.

    Position is part-time with potential to go full-time

    Benefits for full-time W2 Employees- must maintain 32 hours per week:

    Generous Mileage Reimbursement at $0.35 per mile

    Education: Master's degree

    Training & Experience:

    1 year working with children and families is required.

    A clinical background working with children and families required.

    1 year working in child welfare is preferred.

    Excellent writing skills is required.

    General Description of Duties:

    Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals under your supervision

    Monitor and manage crisis situations effectively

    Provide behavioral health support and intervention as needed

    Maintain a safe and secure environment for all individuals

    Implement and enforce program rules and regulations

    Document incidents, observations, and any necessary reports

    Position requires providing mental health counseling to children and adults. Adheres to the spirit of the mission statement while performing assigned duties.

    Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

    Position requires providing supervised visitation to children and families. Adheres to the spirit of the mission statement while performing assigned duties.

    Timely attendance is essential in the job!

    Responsible for ensuring the emotional and physical safety of children involved, maintaining strict guidelines for safe visitation and mediating conflicts when they arise.

    Must have excellent writing skills to document each visitation in detail

    Documentation is presented in court and highly critical job duty

    Must be comfortable testifying in court (training will be provided)

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    Strong crisis management skills

    Registered with DORA as a LPCC, MFTC, SWC, LSW, LMFT, LPC or LCSW required.

    Excellent working knowledge of behavioral treatment for children and adolescent behavioral health

    Knowledge of behavioral health principles and techniques

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations

    Attention to detail and ability to observe and assess situations accurately

    Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities
