    Population We Serve

    Children 3-17 years old with a behavioral health diagnosis or symptoms.

    Parents of the children with a behavioral health diagnosis or symptoms.

    Adults and their families 18+

    SUD clients from DOC

    Work Environment

    Work is conducted via telehealth, office, or client homes or parks based on client level of need.

    Documentation can be completed at your home.

    Flexible Schedule (Mon.-Fri. 9am-6pm)

    Position is full-time, however we offer part-time and internships.

    A caseload minimum of 25 and will be a diverse mix of children, adults, and families. Including DHS and DOC.

    Position will require travel to service clients for some sessions or crisis intervention.

    Provisionally Licensed W2 Hourly: $37-$42

    Fully Licensed W2: hourly: $47-52 Benefits for full-time averaging 32/hrs a week

    Education: Master’s degree or PhD/PsyD in psychology, counseling, clinical social work, or equivalent.

    Training & Experience:

    Registered with DORA as a ADDC, LPCC, MFTC, SWC, LSW, LMFT, LPC or LCSW required.

    A clinical background working with children and families required.

    Experience completing Biopsychosocial Assessments and Treatment Plans required.

    General Description of Duties:

    Position requires providing mental health counseling to children and adults. Adheres to the spirit of the mission statement while performing assigned duties.

    Supervision Received:

    Works under the direct supervision of the Clinical Team Lead and Clinical Supervisor.

    3rd party supervisor is provided if you are full-time

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    Excellent working knowledge of behavioral treatment for children and adolescent behavioral health

    Ability to work through assessments of behavioral health conditions and diagnose.

    Ability to collaborate and work as a team with case managers in the treatment of psycho-social issues.

    Sensitivity to low income and ethnic minority communities a must.

    Experience working with Medicaid populations.
