Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, PsyD, PhD)

Metta Vita Health – Fort Mill, SC (Hybrid Remote & In-Office)

Are you an experienced therapist who is curious, innovative, and driven to change how mental health care is delivered? At Metta Vita Health, we are reimagining psychiatry and therapy through whole-person, integrated care that goes beyond symptom relief.

We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking a Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD) who is passionate about providing therapy that is collaborative, strengths-based, and deeply transformative. If you thrive in a forward-thinking environment that blends psychiatry, therapy, functional medicine, neurofeedback, and coaching—you belong here.

    Why Join Metta Vita Health?

Revolutionary Whole-Person Care: Therapy is fully integrated with psychiatry, functional medicine, neurofeedback, and coaching for life-changing outcomes.

Collaborative & Cutting-Edge: Autonomy in your caseload with connection to a strong team of PMHNPs, therapists, coaches, and functional medicine providers.

Premium Experience: Primarily out-of-network model with BCBS credentialing underway, supporting sustainable caseloads and reduced administrative burden.

Hybrid Flexibility: Work 1 day in-office, the rest remote, allowing balance and joy outside of work.

Preventing Burnout: Reasonable caseloads, streamlined workflows, and team support so you can focus on therapy, not paperwork.

Structured Time with Patients: We prioritize depth and quality, not volume.

Professional Growth: Ongoing resources, mentorship, and annual training/conference/certification support.

Collaboration Built In: Participate in bi-monthly/monthly staffing meetings for peer consultation, growth, and connection.

Compensation & Rewards: Competitive pay, bonus potential, and growth opportunities within a visionary practice.

    Who We Serve

Our clients are high-achievers, creatives, athletes, executives, parents, teens, and the neurodivergent community. Many seek support for relationships, performance, resilience, and healing beyond symptom management.

At MVH, you’ll also have the freedom to align your clinical niche with our diverse clientele—whether that’s working with teens, adults, families, or couples (if that’s your specialty or interest).

    What We’re Looking For

Licensure: Licensed (or license-eligible) in SC/NC as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD.

Experience: At least 1 year post-licensure (2+ preferred). Background in CBT, DBT, trauma therapy, EMDR, play therapy, or other evidence-based modalities a plus.

Child & Adolescent Skills: Strongly preferred (our practice serves youth, families, and parents as well as adults).

Mindset: Self-starter, disciplined, curious, and excited to grow with an innovative practice.

Team Fit: Independent yet collaborative—you value autonomy but thrive in a shared vision.

Values Alignment: Committed to whole-person, compassionate care, with awareness of neurodivergence and advocacy for inclusion.

    What You’ll Do

Provide individual, family, couples, or group therapy (depending on your specialty and interests).

Collaborate with PMHNPs, functional medicine providers, and coaches on integrated treatment plans.

Participate in staffing meetings for peer support and clinical growth.

Incorporate evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, EMDR, trauma-informed approaches, mindfulness, sand tray therapy, and play therapy.

Match your clinical niche with the needs of our diverse client base (youth, adults, families, couples).

Develop therapy-informed strategies that align with functional medicine and psychiatry when appropriate.

Maintain accurate, timely documentation with admin support and AI scribe tools.

Engage in annual therapy-focused professional development (conference, training, certification) supported by the practice.

Contribute to practice growth opportunities (corporate wellness, law firms, residential programs, etc.).
