    Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. If you are an experienced therapist passionate about providing high-quality care and mental health solutions, we want to hear from you!

    Responsibilities

    Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using appropriate modalities

    Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to client needs

    Conduct diagnostic assessments and clinical evaluations

    Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, case managers, and peer support specialists

    Support clients in developing coping strategies and behavioral change goals

    Document services in a timely and accurate manner within the EMR

    Offer crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary

    Maintain ethical, confidential, and culturally competent care in accordance with state and federal regulations

    Qualifications

    Active clinical license in Virginia: LCSW or LPC

    New graduates and provisionally licensed therapists encouraged to apply (supervision available)

    Familiarity with telehealth platforms and hybrid care models a plus

    Strong knowledge of biopsychosocial and evidence-based approaches to mental health

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team setting

    Must carry or be willing to obtain liability (malpractice) insurance
