Role Highlights:

Conduct assessments, create tailored treatment plans, and deliver impactful psychotherapy.

Offer crisis intervention and collaborate closely with healthcare teams.

Help clients work through depression, anxiety, grief, issues related to living with chronic illness and more.

What We’re Looking For:

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

Licensed: Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT.

A passion for working with senior citizens or a willingness to learn and be trained in the unique mental health needs of this population.

Excellent communication skills and a knack for building trusting relationships.

Ability to work independently while staying connected to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care—because we believe our seniors deserve nothing less.

Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and the ability to document client care accurately.

Compensation:

W-2 Employee annual starting range $70000 - $85,000 BOE

1099 Contractor (Private Practice) $70 billable hours; up to $145,600 annually

Part-Time option available. Pay will be discussed with COO or Clinical Director
