Therapist (LSW, LAC, A-MFT)

Salary and Benefits
- Salary Range: $65,000 – $70,000
- Clinical supervision hours provided toward full licensure

Responsibilities
- Setting: Outpatient behavioral health practice
- Schedule: Full-time; clinic operates Monday–Thursday with daytime + evening appointments, reduced hours on Friday
- Patient Population: Children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families
- Caseload: Manage approx. 25–30 clients per week once fully onboarded
- Clinical Services May Include:
- Individual, Couples, Family, and Child/Adolescent Therapy
- Collaboration with psychiatric provider for medication management
- Holistic, mind-body-centered wellness approach
- Focus areas such as: Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Trauma/PTSD, Stress, OCD, Anger Management, Bipolar Disorder, Grief, LGBTQIA+ Support, Life Transitions, Relationship Conflict, Self-Esteem, College Prep, and more
- EMR: Web-based platform for documentation, scheduling, and billing
- Participate in team meetings, clinical case consultation, and supervision
Requirements
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
- Active New Jersey provisional or associate license (LSW, LAC, or A-MFT)
- Experience with children, adolescents, or families preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive care for diverse populations
