_ Therapists 2 Go’s Early Intervention Program provides in-home and teletherapy services to children and families of the 5 boroughs of New York City. Evaluations, Service Coordination, Special Education, Social Work, Occupational, Physical & Speech Therapy, ABA._

Job Description

• Provide family education regarding evaluations and represent the evaluation team at IFSP meetings as needed.
• Administer evaluations of young children in telehealth, home, day care or community settings meeting Early Intervention standards.
• Evaluations need to reflect an accurate estimate of the child's functioning and be written well according to the most current Early Intervention standards.
• Provide quality assurance functions including evaluation review, critique and feedback as needed.
• Communicate with team of Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapists

Required Current Professional Registration Certificate OR License as applicable:

Ø New York State Licensed Psychologist

Ø New York State Licensed Physical Therapist

Ø New York State Licensed Occupational Therapist

Ø New York State Licensed Speech Therapist

Ø New York State Certified Special Education Teacher (Birth-Grade 2)

Ø Teacher of Students with Disabilities (Birth-Grade 2)

Requirement:

Ø Bilingual Fluency a Plus.

Ø Submit Current Resume and Submission of at least 2 sample previously completed Early Intervention evaluations (PHI protected) to be considered for this position.

Therapists 2 Go is an approved provider of the Early Intervention Program (EIP) by New York State to service the following areas and counties: Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Staten Island, Nassau, Suffolk.
