Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Lyra We are hiring for mostly remote and possibly some in-person therapy provided to those individuals referred to Cornerstone Counseling Service through the Lyra EAP. Reports are concise, simple, and therapists are paid $65 per hour / session. The ability to acquire a client base of about 30 clients is usually very quick. Clients are typically very interested in pursuing help through therapy with a good record of attendance and consistency. Each client is allowed 25 sessions initially with more added upon the recommendation by the therapist.

Minimum qualifications (one or more of the following):
Requires a minimum of a Master’s Degree with a license to practice
Fully licensed therapist - NOTE: LADC does not qualify for this program
Responsibilities:
Complete all onboarding documents for Cornerstone Counseling Service within five (5) days to be hired. Any applications not returned within the five (5) days will be denied.
Turn in a payment authorization the same day as the therapy session to the Site Director. Within in approximately 24 hours, Lyra will receive the payment authorization. Usual processing takes three (3) days and the amount on the authorization is direct deposited into the account provided on the application documents a therapist completes initially.
Maintain all necessary records in a digital format for possible future reference and to be filed with the Site Director.
All necessary communication related to Lyra for updating or changes must be initiated by the therapist, i.e., change of address, contact information, direct deposit information, etc.
Once a therapist or client elects to end therapy, a written notice by the therapist to the Site Director must be turned in within two (2) business days.
COMPLETE AUTONOMY - In collaboration with Lyra clients, therapists are able to create schedules with full autonomy. Cornerstone will not dictate or set schedules for the therapists. We believe in all our therapists to conduct their business with the clients best interest in mind 100% of the time through strong time management.
