Job Description

We are looking to hire a licensed marriage and family therapist and supervisor to join our team.

Employment that offers real work life balance: Because our practice is owned by licensed therapist Eris Huemer, PsyD, LMFT, you are coming into an environment where we understand that therapists should have a work life balance. You will have the ability to create your own schedule and work remotely.

Our therapists are not responsible for any business management tasks, such as marketing or generating clients, completing intake calls, scheduling new clients, billing, maintaining and managing the office, etc. Our team provides administrative support so that our therapists can fully focus on their clients.

Preferred Caseload: Take advantage of our marketing and partnerships which provides us with a steady influx of clients to make sure you always have a full caseload. Clients are screened prior to intake assessment to ensure the client is the right fit for you.

Steady Earnings: We can fill up your caseload as quickly as you would like and keep you full, so that you never have to worry about being full. You will see a caseload of 30 clients per week with that caseload decreasing as you supervise AMFTs. You are paid by direct deposit every two weeks and you are guaranteed payment for every confirmed session, including no-show and late cancellation protection.

AMFT Supervision & Support: As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Supervisor, you will be supervised and supported by Dr. Eris Huemer and her team. Our administrative staff is also there to support you whether you have a technical, finance, or care related issue, you will receive a prompt reply 7 days a week.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be a licensed LMFT with the BBS in CA for at least 2 years.

Masters or doctoral degree from an accredited university

Must be able to provide telehealth

Compensation:

$105,000 salary
