Job Summary:

• The Social Worker will provide support and resources to clients' and their families to achieve the goals set forth in the IFSP. The Social Worker will also maintain a positive working relationship with other team members.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provides support and resources to clients' and families in accordance with IFSP treatment plan.

• Meets with team to review and discuss evaluation of clients' skills as demonstrated in sessions.

• Keeps current with professional literature and attends seminars on a regular basis to maintain and update professional skills.

Requirements:

• Social Work License in the State of NJ.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish a PLUS!
