    Job Description

    BRIEF STATEMENT OF THE PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION

    Information Technology is critical to Therapy Brands success. What makes Information Technology impactful to TBH is our ability to enable end users, secure cross platform technologies across 19 products, and quickly adapt to the ever-changing technology industry. The Information Technology team streamlines the baseline products across solutions. The IT department provides support to system users throughout the company. This can include installing new software, repairing hardware problems, installing new hardware, troubleshooting problems and training employees how to use new software.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

    • On-Site & remote desktop support (first and second tier support engagement)
    • Password reset and user management
    • Documentation creation and validation
    • Incident notification (network outage, facility impacted, etc)
    • Learning about the right tools for the job
    • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze and troubleshoot complex production issues
    • Meeting summary production
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Public Cloud platforms – Azure & AWS
    • Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems major.
    • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
    • Familiar with a scripting language, e.g. powershell, python and Microsoft 365.
    • Strong verbal and written communication.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work well in teams.
