    Job Description

    The RCM Business Analyst will help evolve and improve the revenue cycle reporting and analytics in the Operations and Business. The candidate will be responsible for current key management performance/process reporting & assist in significantly enhancing this area to provide more meaningful analyses & process improvements. This position will be responsible for developing compelling and actionable analytics from multiple practice management systems, in Microsoft Excel, VisiQuate, and other analytics products for customers and internal users. Work alongside RCM Leadership teams, product management, and other internal stakeholders day-to-day to improve the visibility into the end-to-end performance of the RCM organization enabling leadership and RCM Business Analyst(s) to make decisions with data.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

    • KPI Reporting and management – Manage and improve KPI reporting. Work with RCM and other cross-functional leaders to evolve the metrics RCM tracks and make visible across the entire organization. Responsible for delivering weekly and monthly dashboard reporting to RCM and Therapy Brands SLT.
    • Measure Effectiveness of Operations Day to Day and Operational Initiatives – Help define and evolve predictive operational metrics for the team by establishing tracking metrics and continuous feedback with cross functional partners. Collaborate with the executive team/leadership team to inform decision-making with critical success metrics.
    • Data Analysis - Assists with research and analysis on day-to-day business performance and key projects and provides business insights/trends to RCM operations leadership and other key departments where applicable.
    • Process Improvement – Take the data collected, trends, transform into information, help identify and drive performance and process opportunities in the overall RCM and TBH organization.
    • Enhance Effectiveness and Efficiency of reporting - Utilization of existing tools for data repositories while working with our partners in IT and Finance on requirements for a longer-term plan for a data repository. Candidate will be responsible for creating the single version of the truth for our reporting.
    • Workforce management modeling – Assist with the creation and analysis of staffing models using internal and external resources.
    • Business Case development – Assist RCM leadership teams in development of business cases and reporting for staffing and tooling needs.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION

    • Four-year college degree or relevant business experience required.
    • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management
    • 3+ years of experience as a data analyst or related field

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION

    • Data management and analysis skills
    • Ability to express complex data relationships with clarity and precision.
    • Working knowledge of SalesForce and Zendesk with a demonstrated competency in configuring the tool and/or extracting data
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills both technical and non-technical
    • Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
    • VisiQuate Analytics Platform knowledge a plus
    • Familiarity with Machine Learning
    • Project management and process improvement skills
    • Familiarity with Machine Learning
    • Ability to work on multiple tasks with competing priorities.
    • A high level of detail orientation and organization
