    Therapy Insights Practice is a dynamic group psychotherapy practice with clincians offering either hybrid (some in-person and some virtual days) or virtual-only psychotherapy to clients in NY. We are currently seeking advanced LCSW’s, LMHC’s, LMFT’s seeking to further in their clinical career. This practice is a growth oriented, stress free environment geared specifically to help clinicians feel supported in the field and provide high quality care to our clients.     Offering 1099 and W2 positions with pay commensurate to your skills, experience and role.

    Offering medical/Dental/Vision insurance plan with Aetna for both 1099 and W2 positions.

    Clinicians can make their own flexible schedules. We have a 6 office suite in Hell's Kitchen with some clinicians providing a hybrid model while others are virtual only.

    The practice provides credentialing, marketing, advertising, constant referrals, insurance verification, billing and scheduling with clients. Continuous support is given to clinicians looking to advance their clinical skillset by providing individual and group supervision with trainings and zero interest loan repayment options for those seeking advanced training.

    Candidates must have significant experience in the field and have completed post masters training in the lead evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, IFS, EFT, Gottman, Somatic work, ERP etc.

    (Optional): Opportunity to advance in administrative/educational/supervisory roles which require leadership skills, team management, supervisory skills, practice engagement, collaboration, client engagement, staff development, recruiting and strong knowledge of DSM coding with clinical documentation expertise.

    This practice is LGBTQ+ owned and allied and roughly 65% of our population identifies as part of the LGBTQ community. We provide affirmative care and support to those who identify as queer, BIPOC, trans (in any stage of transition), struggling with HIV/AIDS, identify as non-binary or seeking to explore their gender. We are a sex positive and body positive practice and support those who are currently in open-relationships or looking to explore that option and/or seeking to understand ethical non-monogomy and provide a safe space for sex workers and folks exploring their sexual practices. Major consideration will be given to candidates who have significant training/experience working with this population.
