We have phenomenal SLP opportunity with one of our partner Home Health teams. The team is collaborative and patient-focused, with a flexible DOR who supports clinicians.

Requirements for this position:
Valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Previous experience working in home health or with geriatric populations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders and appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Ability to perform comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with a diverse healthcare team and educate patients and families.
• Empathy, patience, and a client-centered approach in working with elderly or disabled individuals.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and documentation software.
Pay for this position: $55-59 per hour DOE with benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401k, PTO, etc.)
Plus a $2500 sign on bonus!
