We have phenomenal COTA opportunity at one of our partner SNF facilities. The team is collaborative and patient-focused, with a flexible DOR who supports clinicians. 

We are looking for COTAs who: 

• are proactive about their own needs and the needs of their patients

• possess a variety of clinical competencies and the drive to continually learn and improve 
  

Requirements for this position: 

• Valid certification as a COTA or equivalent in the state where services are provided. 
  

• Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program. 
  

• Previous experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or similar healthcare setting is preferred. 
  

• Knowledge of physical therapy principles, interventions, and therapeutic techniques. 
  

• Ability to assist in implementing treatment plans and interventions effectively. 
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families. 
  

• Empathy, patience, and a client-centered approach in working with individuals of all ages. 
  

• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and documentation software.
  

Pay Range for this position: between $34-$43 per hour DOE. TSCO offers medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, PTO, etc.
