We have phenomenal OT opportunity at one of our partner SNF facilities. The team is collaborative and patient-focused, with a flexible DOR who supports clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:
\- Under the guidance of a physician's orders, you will assess, treat, and diligently document patient progress.
\- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
• Valid license as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the Skilled Nursing Facility is located.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Previous experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or with geriatric populations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, assessments, and interventions for rehabilitation.
• Ability to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with a diverse healthcare team and educate patients and families.
• Empathy, patience, and a client-centered approach in working with elderly or disabled individuals.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and documentation software.
Pay range for this position is between $43 and $52/hour DOE with full medical benefits, 401k, PTO, etc.
