Job Description
The payroll & billing coordinator is responsible for processing all aspects of weekly payroll for employees. The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to, the following:
Monitor submissions of approved timesheets and accurately enters data into payroll system
Audit timesheets and compare to payroll
Run weekly payroll
Responsible for the coordination of efforts between payroll , human resources, finance, operations and other departments to ensure flow of maintenance of employee data
Ensure employee changes are entered in a timely manner
