    Position Location: 211 Travis Ln, Waukesha, WI 53189

    Position Hours: FULLTIME 1st Shift: 6:00 AM -2:30PM (Monday-Friday)

    OR

    2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Monday-Friday)

    OR

    3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Sunday - Thursday) Two positions are currently available for 3rd shift

    Position Wage: Starting at $25 per hour (plus based on experience)

    13% shift premium included for 3rd shift

    17% shift premium included for 2nd shift

    Job Description:

    A Maintenance Mechanic’s responsibilities include keeping all production machinery in a “ready for service” condition by performing preventative maintenance, as scheduled by our maintenance management software, as well as taking care of day-to-day maintenance issues.

    Principle Duties amp; Responsibilities:

    • Repair amp; maintain all plant machinery amp; equipment
    • Diagnose machine malfunctions amp; operating difficulties
    • Determine need for amp; effect machine repairs amp; adjustments to maintain a reliable operation
    • Complete minor electrical work such as motor replacement, fuse replacement, switches, etc.
    • Ensure plant organization amp; cleanliness

    Minimum Requirements:

    All hires are contingent upon a 9-panel hair follicle drug test amp; background check.

    Education: High school diploma or equivalent required

    Experience: 2+ years in maintenance work required

    Hard Skills:

    • Basic knowledge amp; skills in pneumatics, electrical, mechanics, hydraulics, rigging, equipment installation, machine rebuilding, motor amp; drive alignment, measuring equipment amp; fabrication
    • Read blueprints
    • Be knowledgeable of all plant equipment amp; procedures
    • Basic computer skills
    • Basic math knowledge
    • English reading, writing, amp; speaking proficiency
    • Safety-focused mindset
