IN THIS POSITION, YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Collaborate with the Plant Operations, Distribution Center, Sourcing and Materials teams to create and execute service improvement and inventory management strategies that help Therma-Tru service their customers and achieve their financial metrics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research and file freight claims for damaged or missing shipments and track for resolution
• Research and provide resolution to Customer Service and Shipping Portal issues
• Plan, tender and update loads in OTM
• Create Warehouse shipping schedules based on tendered loads in OTM
• Check existing loads for cube and weight limits and work with team to make corrections to sustain set capacity levels
• Create and provide Bill of Ladings to shipping warehouse locations
• Assist with gathering data for updating carrier performance logs
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Work with team members who manage materials and logistical services for our inbound and outbound loads

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance or related field
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Ability to work in a team environment and actively pursues continuous improvement opportunities
• US Citizen or Green Card Holder
