Job Description

• Conduct market research around existing software solutions to manage Data Science projects and their full Machine Learning project life cycle.
• Define requirements for MLOps Software from Bosch internal and external projects and communicate those requirements to a BCAI internal developer team as part product management.
• Analyze existing solutions for feature completeness working with BCAI Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers.
• Collaborate with BCAI Data Scientists and Machine Learning engineers to pilot new solutions for MLOps.software for tasks such as data preprocessing, dataset management, feature engineering, modeling, model. validation and deployment.
• Collaborate with BCAI data scientist and machine learning team members for joint discussion and development.
• Integrate the proposed solutions into newly developed Bosch software package or platform and/or evaluate business models for newly developed software.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:

• Pursuing a PhD or Master degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration or similar.
• Understanding of fundamental Machine Learning algorithms and Machine Learning project life cycle.
• Solid background in working on studies to create market analysis, SWOT analysis, evaluation of market sizes and customer analysis.
• Interest in working with a technical team to align on features, requirements, and development work packages.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical and non-technical topics.

DESIRED QUALIFICATION:

• Solid knowledge and experience around product management.
• Experience in a Data Science team or a team developing software for Data Science.
• Experience with MLflow or other MLOps tools. Kubeflow is a plus.
• Strong interest or experience working on strategic management.

• DEGREE LEVEL: PhD or Master – Must be a current student or recent graduate (less than 1 year)
• DURATION OF INTERNSHIP: 12-24 weeks
• START DATE: Spring/Summer 2022
