Your Responsibilities

• Stringently uphold all safety protocols, including lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Effortlessly manage inline thermoforming extrusion conditions and initiate production phases.
• Mentor emerging talent, sharing insights during equipment setup phases.
• Proactively address and prevent equipment malfunctions to maintain stellar product quality.
• Contribute to our productivity objectives through diligent process troubleshooting.
• Participate in evolving product trials and maintain precise documentation.

With your 5+ years' expertise in thermoforming and completion of Level 4 training, you thrive independently and within team dynamics. Your robust analytical and technical skills are invaluable, complimented by commitment to working flexible hours. This role demands physical agility, with tasks commonly executed standing or walking, and you should be prepared to handle weights up to 40 pounds under varying environmental conditions.
