TAX ACCOUNTANT Fully Remote or Hybrid (remote & in-office combination) Position Potential Partner Track Opportunity

Therrien & Associates PC, a full-service, fully remote, boutique public accounting firm located in Wilton, CT, provides tax and accounting services to clients throughout Fairfield County.

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a hands-on, motivated team player with 2+ years of recent public accounting experience to lead tax engagements for a diverse roster of clients.  Working directly with the firm’s senior leadership, you will prepare business and individual tax returns including partnership, trust, non-profit and private foundation returns; conduct tax research and planning and develop and cultivate professional client relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Accounting
• CPA license, CPA candidate or EA designation preferred
• 2+ years of recent public accounting experience progressing in scope and responsibility
• Ability to effectively juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, client service and computer skills including accounting software proficiency
