Position Summary:

This position is responsible for working safely and productively. Hiring for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Employees must read and follow Thierica’s Employee Expectation List.

• Employees must read and follow Shop Edge (these documents tell you how to perform the job).

• Use Shop Edge every day for each job on the production floor.

• Must ensure you meet quality expectations; good parts are packed, bad parts placed in red bins, and suspect parts placed in yellow bins.

• Ensure area is clean / maintain safe work environment.

• Record parts produced, any defects, and down time in Shop Edge.

• Be responsible for achieving / beating production rate and OEE.

• Any additional duties assigned by supervisor or manager.

• Hand-eye-coordination and finger dexterity are important.

Physical Demands:

• May frequently bend, stoop, squat, as well as push and pull parts.

• May be required to sit and/or stand for long periods of time

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
