Job Description
The Clinical Trainer will be responsible for training the surgeon and operating room (OR) staff on system operation for Hip and Knee replacement surgery. Clinical training will include providing the surgeon and OR staff technical assistance during actual surgical procedures with the product. Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced, high stress environment. Previous operating room experience required. Must have proven experience in presenting technical information to small groups. Travel Requirements: This position will require extensive domestic and international travel (10-20% or more). It is based at our Corporate Headquarters in Fremont, CA.
Job Responsibilities:
• Train orthopedic surgeons, PA and Think Surgical clinical support staff on all aspects of the 3D Planning Workstation platform of T-Solution One
• Provide Quality controller for Segmentation for 3D Planning Workstation platform of T-Solution One
• Provide assistants during Pre-Surgical planning on the 3D Planning Workstation platform of T-Solution One for Surgeons and PA this includes online planning assistance and post-op case evaluation
• Refine and established customer clinical training and educational programs and process for 3D Planning Workstation platform of T-Solution1
• Adapt to ongoing changes to the 3D Planning Workstation platform of T-Solution1and provide close relationship with developer on 3D Planning Workstation platform of T-Solution1 for input on development
• Develop, review, evaluate and assist in creating training materials for 3D Planning Workstation platform of T-Solution1 for Think Surgical Clinical Support Trainer • Lead the training program for other Think Surgical Clinical Support Trainer employees on the 3D Planning Workstation platform of T-Solution One
• Training Radiology at hospital/ off side centers on the use of the pre-operative protocol for THA/ TKA
• Support the field sales team by training them on and 3D Planning Workstation platform of T-Solution One components on a regular basis to advance their product knowledge and selling skills.
• Assist the field sales team in demonstrating the product to surgeons, other customer prospects, and headquarter visitors at customer sites, trade shows and HQ offices.
• Represent the company with the highest levels of professionalism to maintain our market brand/image as a world leader in medical robotics.
• Continue to advance knowledge base and become a clinical expert on all clinical aspects of the 3D Planning Workstation platform of T-Solution One.
