    Job Description:

    Think Tell Junction is seeking a dynamic and proactive Public Relations Coordinator to join our team. The Public Relations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting client campaigns, media outreach efforts, and PR strategy implementation. The ideal candidate is passionate about public relations, possesses strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

    Pay Range: $1000 - $1450 weekly

    Responsibilities:

    1. Assist in the development and execution of PR campaigns and strategies to promote client objectives and enhance brand reputation.
    2. Conduct research to identify media opportunities, editorial calendars, and relevant industry trends.
    3. Draft press releases, media pitches, and other written materials to secure media coverage and generate publicity for clients.
    4. Cultivate and maintain relationships with media contacts, journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
    5. Coordinate media outreach efforts, including pitching stories, arranging interviews, and managing media inquiries.
    6. Monitor media coverage and prepare media monitoring reports for clients, highlighting key mentions and tracking PR metrics.
    7. Assist in the planning and execution of events, press conferences, and media tours.
    8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, social media, and creative, to ensure integrated PR initiatives.
    9. Provide support to senior PR staff and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or related field.

    2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and pitches.

    3. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with media contacts and clients.

    4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and media monitoring tools.

    5. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.

    6. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

    7. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital PR trends is a plus.
