Thinkpath Engineering Services is looking for a Technical Support Specialist (Documentation) to work onsite at a customer’s facility in Wilmington, OH.

Job Description

Reviewing and analyzing original technical documentation for aircraft and aerospace components and verify if they are up-to-date and applicable to refurbished and overhauled aircraft and components. This will involve organizing and validating all technical documents (installation manuals, maintenance manuals, instructions, etc.) related to various overhaul projects.

Draft support is in the form of developing and publishing engineering drawings (design and layout) of installation, assembly and detail drawings for mechanical systems, aircraft structures and electrical diagrams.

Qualifications

• Good technical knowledge (aerospace/avionics/aircraft experience a definite plus)
• CAD experience a plus
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as interact with various team members (technicians, engineers)
• MS Office experience
• Any technical writing or aircraft maintenance experience is helpful
