JOB DETAILS: Job Title: LPN (Local & Travel BOTH) Location: Decatur, AL 35601 Position Type: Contract Duration: 09 weeks Shift Schedule: Nights Shift Timing: 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM Guaranteed Hours: 34/ Week Pay Rate: $31/ Hour on W2 (LOCAL) Pay Rate: $37/ Hour (TRAVEL)

PLEASE NOTE THAT INDIVIDUALS RESIDING WITHIN A 50-MILE RADIUS OF THE JOB LOCATION WILL BE CONSIDERED LOCAL CANDIDATES, WHILE THOSE RESIDING BEYOND THIS DISTANCE WILL BE CLASSIFIED AS TRAVELERS.

Description/ Comment:

Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes in condition.

Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.

Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders.

Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
