Pay Rate: $42.92/ Hour on W2 (LOCAL) Pay Rate: $53.65/ Hour (TRAVEL)

PLEASE NOTE THAT INDIVIDUALS RESIDING WITHIN A 50-MILE RADIUS OF THE JOB LOCATION WILL BE CONSIDERED LOCAL CANDIDATES, WHILE THOSE RESIDING BEYOND THIS DISTANCE WILL BE CLASSIFIED AS TRAVELERS.

Description/ Comment:

Implement and monitor patient care plans.

Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.

Serve as a coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.

Assess and coordinate patient's care needs with members of the healthcare team.
