PLEASE NOTE THAT INDIVIDUALS RESIDING WITHIN A 60-MILE RADIUS OF THE JOB LOCATION WILL BE CONSIDERED LOCAL CANDIDATES, WHILE THOSE RESIDING BEYOND THIS DISTANCE WILL BE CLASSIFIED AS TRAVELERS.

Description/ Comment:

​Provides individualized nursing care/assessments at the home/residence of the client diagnosed with acute, chronic and complex conditions.

Administering medication to patients.

Creating reports to track the patients' progress.

Working with other professionals to create treatment plans.

Cleaning and re-dressing wounds if needed.

Measuring vital signs.

Monitoring changes in behavior and progress.
