Position Title: RN Manager Operating Room Position Type: Regular Full-Time
Location: 123 Summer St, Worcester, MA 01608 Salary Range: $87,984 to $136,365 per year
Position summary:
The Assistant Director oversees the day-to-day operation of the department/s.
This includes assistance with supervision of all personnel of procedures, ordering of supplies and equipment, and managing the schedules.
Excellent organization and communication skills; able to work well in a fast-paced environment; able to handle multiple priorities at one time; able to supervise multiple areas.
Qualifications:
Required: Academic degree in nursing required (bachelor's or master's degree). Master's degree in Nursing or related field required (health administration, business, public health, or management).
Required: 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse/related position.
Certifications:
Required: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice.
Has highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, proven leadership ability and hospital operational ability, and ability to serve as role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.
QUALIFICATIONS Education:

Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree.
Experience:
