    Job Description

    The Customer Service Representative maintains the daily operations of the customer service and sales team. This position develops, implements and maintains processes, procedures and programs to improve customer service and is responsible for promoting company standards and engaging employees to drive customer loyalty and customer engagement through customer service.

     

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Ability to talk with others and convey information in an effective and professional manner
    • Ability to actively listen; giving full attention to what customers are saying
    • Must be self-motivated and be able to work well independently
    • Ability to take detailed consumer information quickly and accurately
    • Experience in sales, marketing, client acquisition or product development a plus but not required
