RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES 

• Create and commit to a monthly cadence of a cluster of independent optical stores in your market, at least 1x per month, 1 hour each visit at each store. 
• Merchandise displays that are set according to visual guidelines, ensuring marketing is current and displayed correctly
• Create meaningful relationships with store teams to help build brand loyalty and support
• Submit store visit reports, utilizing ThirdChannel technology on your smart phone or device. Reports include gathered intel, photos and written summaries

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS  

• Comfortable in a professional optician office environment
• Previous eyewear merchandising experience, preferably in an optical retail environment, with an eye for detail
• Friendly with the ability to build relationships quickly and maintain them 
• Developed verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and manage time autonomously

COMPENSATION AND PERKS

• This is a 1099 independent contractor position
• Compensation starting at $20/hour (rate based on Market and relevant eyewear experience)

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Commitment to working assigned monthly visits to stores/hours
• Immediate start date upon completion of paid, 2-hour onboarding process
• Compliance with retailer specific mask guidance
• A smart phone or device with internet access (iOS version 13.0, Android version 8.0 or above)
• Reliable transportation (which includes public transportation)
