    Job Description

    ThirdLove is growing and so is our Global People team! We're seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will be a key member of the People Operations team. Reporting to the Vice President of People, the HRBP will influence company leadership to build and implement meaningful programs, turn ideas to action, and create internal communications to keep our employees connected.

    Day to day, the HRBP will translate business strategy into people strategy. They will ensure that ThirdLove's people programs support the business needs and allow for the company to scale. This person will need to balance being both strategic and hands-on. To be successful in this role will require the HRBP to navigate ambiguity, recognize when there is a need for structure, and the ability to communicate effectively. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Partner with executive leadership across the organization - Strategy, Creative, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Technology to ensure ThirdLove's talent capabilities support business objectives
    • Act as an advisor and consultant throughout the Employee Life Cycle, Onboarding, Career Development, Employee Relations, Culture/Engagement, and Offboarding
    • Collaborate with CEO and VP-People to create a plan for seamless internal teammate communications, Identify opportunities and develop programs to up-level our internal communications
    • Develop a deep interest in day-to-day news, business performance, and long-term trends which impact the experience of working at ThirdLove
    • Identify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience and partner with management to develop and implement solutions
    • Build credibility and trust among employees
    • Resolve employee concerns with a systematic approach, clear documentation, follow-through, and compassion
    • Advise, coach, and partner, with leaders to examine management capabilities and identify talent gaps within respective teams
    • Analyze data, build compensation models, research trends, and develop HR solutions to support business needs
    • Lead talent change-management initiatives globally as the company grows and scales to size
    • Special projects: Manage and/or support special projects (office/remote strategies, offsites, etc.)

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's Degree, or related equivalent experience
    • 10+ years of HR experience with broad knowledge and experience in human resource management
    • 3+ years as HR Business Partner supporting a client group
    • Demonstrated experience in multiple HR disciplines, especially compensation, employee relations, change management, coaching, counseling, and advising at all levels in the organization
    • Thrives within an unstructured, fast-paced environment and has the ability to exercise independent judgment
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with ability to be influential and persuasive

    NICE-TO-HAVES:

    • Previous Program and Project Management experience
    • Understanding of compensation plans
    • Prior experience in an ecommerce company
    • Prior experience working at all levels of the HR "stack" - strategic, operational, and tactical
    • Strong skills in Excel
