To support the growth of the Branded Content vertical, the Branded Content Coordinator will work alongside the Director of Branded Content and Content Manager to coordinate all facets of branded content on social and digital platforms to serve the Whole30 community and its partners. The Branded Content Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day processes and tasks of branded content projects from ideation and content development to execution and reporting.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities
Supporting the Director of Branded Content and Branded Content Manager on creative and innovative projects that meet the needs of our partners and community
Coordinating communication and content through the Branded Content campaign lifecycle to ensure that all social and digital assets are executed and reported accurately.
Creating and maintaining organizational documents, drives, calendars, and tracking across the Branded Content portfolio.
Creating Branded Content and affiliate reporting summaries to measure success and support the branded content team goals and objectives.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Coordinating workflow of Branded Content Team projects from creative planning and ideation to execution and reporting including documentation and timeline management
Collaborating with Whole30 Approved partners to receive campaign assets and deliverables as well as approval on content creation for sponsored campaigns
Completing post-campaign metric tracking and reporting
Coordinating partner and affiliate ad placement across Whole30.com and other owned channels
Monthly and annual reporting and revenue tracking for branded and affiliate content
Elevating partnerships across Whole30.com and social channels including keeping partner assets up to date on evergreen content pieces and recirculating those during key moments throughout the year
Supporting the Director of Branded Content with other functions as needed
Necessary Skills & Competencies
Commitment to Whole30’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion commitments
1-3 years experience, ideally in social media and/or digital marketing
Attuned to the social media and digital marketing landscape, with an eye for aesthetics and trends
Experience with Google products (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and project management software (Monday or similar)
Experience with WordPress nice to have
High emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
Familiarity with Whole30, associated brands, products, and/or CPG or DTC marketing is a plus
Highest standards of accuracy, precision, and organization
A strong work ethic and a can-do positive attitude is essential
Ability to seamlessly manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to deliver results in a timely manner to meet all project deadlines
Discretion and confidentiality
Familiarity with graphic design, copywriting, and general content creation processes are a plus
