The Supply Chain Scheduler will be responsible for planning customer orders and overseeing production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements while balancing company resources. To do this, The Supply Chain Scheduler must monitor the company's inventories and track the performance of current supply methods.  Responsibilities: • Develop schedules for customer orders • Release, receive and process manufacturing orders • Ability to understand demand trends and the level of risk associated with key product areas • Monitor the production process and adjust schedules as situations require • Serve as the subject matter expert for inventory, purchasing and manufacturing schedules • Communicate daily and weekly schedules to other departments • Effectively communicate with Purchasing and Sales Departments if production deadlines may not be met • Utilize the inventory management system to maintain data integrity to streamline and automate the planning, purchasing and scheduling processes • Accurately input information into METRIC • Actively participate in the sales and operations planning process Qualifications: • Must be at least 21 years old • 3 years of manufacturing planning and or scheduling • The ability to read, write, and speak English fluently to communicate with coworkers, understand complex written on instructions, and to input required information • Superior time management skills, including the ability to multitask and simultaneously monitor multiple processes • ERP or manufacturing shop floor control system experience • Fishbowl Inventory System knowledge preferred • The ability to frequently walk, stand, bend, kneel, stoop, communicate, reach and manipulate objects • Duties involve moving materials weighing up to 10 pounds on a regular basis such as files, books, office equipment, etc., and may infrequently require moving materials weighing up to 40 pounds. Manual dexterity and coordination are required while operating equipment such as computer keyboard, calculator, and standard office equipment. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus HOURS AND SCHEDULE • This is a full-time position • Days and hours of work will vary according to ThirtyOne Labs' business needs • Evening and weekend work may be required Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 depending on experience
