Sr. Scientist, Active Chemistry - Photopolymers
THE OPPORTUNITY
THE PROFILE
Ph.D. or Advanced degree in materials science, physics, chemistry or chemical engineering
Minimum of two, five years preferred, as an R&D scientist in an industrial setting
Strong scientific background in photopolymerization and materials science
Experience in other disciplines such as photochemistry or analytical characterization of films and multilayer substrates, understand chemistry of organic dyes
Hands-on skill set at the bench using instrumentation for material development
Expertise in chemical and structural analysis of materials and products: optical, thermal and mechanical properties. Including intimate knowledge of laboratory equipment
Familiar with statistical analysis and design of experiments applied to the design and evaluation of new materials and processes
Experience with a global company very helpful
