Attorney's office for Stewart Title located at LBJ and Central Expressway. We are looking to hire an experienced title escrow officer to manage real estate closings from beginning to end. Candidates should possess the ability to work well with people, interact professionally with clients and have strong attention to detail and accuracy. ResWare experience a plus.

SALARY: Negotiable based on experience. $75,000.00 - $100,000.00.  Increased if candidate has a book of business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee title files from order entry through closing and escrow disbursement (end-to-end).
• Can confidently supervise, prepare, and deliver all necessary escrow and closing-related documents.
• Can review purchase and sale contracts, title commitments, lender instructions, statements, necessary real estate documents for closing, and all funding criteria.
• Confident in your ability to oversee the funding process and ensure accuracy.
• Work comfortably with post-closing reconciliation.
• Able to multitask and be comfortable working at a fast pace.
• Primarily Commercial Transactions.
• ResWare experience a plus
