The law offices of Thomas Kerns McKnight is a consumer rights law firm focusing on resolving unsecured consumer debt. With over 12+ years in the business, we are looking for career minded and high energy sales professionals to join our growing organization.

(THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answering incoming calls from various marketing channels (NO COLD CALLING!).
• Educate potential clients on our program
• Present and sell company services to new and existing customers
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Multitask while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
• The job includes other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual, Fluent in English and Spanish
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must have some computer skills
• Manage time wisely
• Have good lead management
• Positive and professional demeanor
• High Energy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior call center sales preferred.

COMPENSATION INCLUDES:

• Hourly Rate $20-22 DOE + Bonus/Commission

Mr. McKnight is a multi-faceted expert in matters surrounding finance and debt, new venture finance, and debt forensics. He is known for his skills on contract and leasing dissolution, reversal, conversion, novation, accords, and satisfactions. He is licensed to practice in Arizona, Maryland, New York, Ohio, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. McKnight is also a member of the bars of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Columbia, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for both the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for Maryland, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University (1970) and his Juris Doctor from Ohio State University (1972), where he was an Articles Editor for The Ohio State Law Journal. From 1963 to 1966, he was a U.S. Marine.
