THIS POSITION IS ON-SITE. We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This position is with our Payment Processing Department, it will give you the opportunity for growth! You will be responsible for handling and processing monetary transactions on behalf of the firm’s clients. We are seeking someone who presents the following qualities: organized, accurate, dependable, multitasker, team-oriented, strong customer service, mathematically and analytically minded, and understands the fine details of business transactions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process, document, and log payments by various payment methods: mail, phone, online, excel
• Handle all functions related to the posting, reversing, correction, recording and reporting of payments
• Verify the accuracy of ACH, payment schedule, and client fees
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Maintain the accuracy of client records

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in administration data entry, accounting, customer service, handling monies.
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) preferred
• Requires an aptitude for quick and accurate mathematical calculations
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
• Basic computing skills
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is preferred

COMPENSATION INCLUDES:

• Starting Hourly Rate $16.00 DOE
