Growing Financial firm focusing on the Debt Resolution space is rapidly expanding and we are looking to immediately add multiple BILINGUAL Sales Openers and Closers (Spanish Speaking IS A MUST) These individuals will be tasked with taking incoming calls from leads who are interested in our services. These individuals will screen new potential leads for qualification, explain our services and enroll them into our programs. On Avg, agents close about 2 deals a day from various inbound and direct response marketing campaigns (TV, Radio, digital as well as internal marketing). Responsibilities include not limited to:

HIGH CALL VOLUME

• Answering incoming calls from various marketing channels (NO COLD CALLING!).
• Educate potential clients on our program
• Present and sell company services to new and existing customers
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Multitask while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.

THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION – Open shifts starting from 7am. Debt, mortgage, student loan sales or any phone sales experience preferred but not required. Must have at least 1-year recent Sales Experience or must willing to learn! We will train you!! WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Self-Motivated - Go Getter! We don’t like to Micro-Manage we believe in support and holding each other accountable to the team.
• Computer and typing skills are a MUST /Organizational quality/Completing Task/ Following up with your pipeline and ensuring it's always filled. Taking Applications over the phone and using the provided tools to close deals.
• Goal Oriented/Positive Attitude and works well with a team!

COMPENSATION INCLUDES:

• Hourly Rate $16-$20 (based on experience and position + Bonus/Commission)
