_ Job Description: ****_IRRIGATION / LIGHTING TECHNICIAN will provide detailed service to clients by **installing & maintaining irrigation and landscape lighting systems, checking backflow units, hang & remove holiday lights, and other tasks **are assigned in “off” seasons. Problem-solving skills desired. Must be flexible, as duties will vary. Must be able to dig, move, and lift in a fast-paced environment, without physical restrictions, and work outdoors in all weather conditions. May call clients to schedule service.

Technician will use hand or power tools or equipment, may use ladders. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: digging, sprinkler & irrigation pipe installation, sprinkler & irrigation pipe repair, install & repair landscape lights, replace landscaping light fixtures or bulbs, winterizing irrigation systems and opening systems in the spring.

Job Qualifications: Driver’s License & clean driving record required, previous experience and Backflow Certification PREFERRED, or the ability to pass a licensing exam
